How to Use It?
The interactive maps available on the Lithuanian Data Portal display a wide range of indicators, from population and business data to environmental information. Users can explore and analyse these indicators without the need for specialised software. By selecting a topic of interest, such as “Population” or “Business”, data can be viewed either in grid cells or according to administrative boundaries, such as municipalities or elderships.
For advanced users and analysts, spatial data can often be downloaded in open formats, such as Shapefile or GeoJSON, or accessed through automated services and interfaces. This makes it possible to integrate geospatial data directly into applications and analytical solutions, enabling more advanced and continuously updated spatial analysis.
