How do I order OSP services?
A consistent process, from identifying needs to the final result, ensures effective service delivery and compliance with data protection requirements. Every step is documented and transparent. We help coordinate the alignment process, prepare the necessary documents, and take care of other details so that you can focus on analysis, research, and innovation development.
Definition of a need
Define what you need (data, analysis, access, or a solution), what it will be used for, and the expected scope of work. If necessary, you can consult with specialists from the State Data Agency – this will help you formulate your request more precisely and reduce the coordination time.
Submission of the application
Submit your application on the Lithuanian Data Portal. Submitting and evaluating applications is free of charge. The agency assesses the application’s compliance with the requirements, clarifies possible implementation methods, and provides information on expected deadlines and preliminary costs.
Arrangement and payment
During the coordination process, the volume of services is finalized, the terms and conditions and required documents are established, and the final price of the service and payment terms are provided. If any information is missing, the client is asked to provide it. Work begins only after final approval.
Service Implementation
Once a decision has been made to provide the service, the State Data Agency carries out the agreed-upon work: it prepares, organizes, or anonymizes the data, integrates the solution, grants access, and performs other requested tasks.
Presentation of results
You will be granted access to the data or analytical environment, or provided with the final product (a dataset, report, metrics, or other agreed-upon deliverable). From this point on, you may use the deliverable in your operations.
