This card contains data sets on pre-school institutions in Panevezys (name, Jaris code, manager, contact information, number of groups and places, description of activities, employees), groups of children (name, type of activity, number of places, age limits) and registration of children (application number, date and time of submission, information about the child, state of application). Groups shall be formed from children of the same or different age, ensuring physiological and age peculiarities of the child's day and education regimen and the child's educational conditions set out in HN 75:2016 hygiene norm: crèche – up to 3 years, pre-school – 3 to 5 years, pre-school – from 5 (6) to 6 (7) years. In the case of children of mixed age, groups shall be classified as a step which represents a larger proportion of children in the group. There can be no two current applications with a “pending” status for the same child. The system is used to make requests, queue and assign a child to an institution (i.e., to grant an application when the status “approved acceptance” is granted). No further work shall be carried out on approved applications, i.e. if the child has not entered or left the institution, no adjustment shall be made to the applications. Admission and queues for the following school year shall be formed from 1 to 15 June and applications shall be suspended for that period. Data provider – Panevėžys City Municipality.
