The package contains data on the records of goods detained at customs posts of the Republic of Lithuania. When the goods are detained by the customs authorities, a record of the detention of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the “PSP”) shall be drawn up. This is a primary status document that displays data in an open set. The PSP shall not be drawn up if an infringement of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Lithuania is immediately established and a record of an administrative offence is drawn up accordingly or a pre-trial investigation is initiated in the event of signs of a criminal act. It should be noted that these data cannot be used to calculate official statistics. The collection shall publish data accumulated from 2008 to the present day and recorded in the posts of the Road, Railway, Freight, Post Office, Air, Your Port or Mobile Groups of the Republic of Lithuania. Data provider shall mean the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania.
