Annual information is provided on circular emigrants by citizenship. Circular emigrants are persons who emigrated from Lithuania in the reference year and, on at least one other occasion during the preceding 9 years, crossed the border at least three times, with each stay abroad or in Lithuania lasting no less than 12 months.
