The public organization organizes and provides patients with qualified outpatient primary and secondary personal health care, day-hospital and outpatient rehabilitation services, carries out the improvement of patient health care and of staff working and rest conditions, and organizes conferences, seminars and professional development courses; the organization also provides paid personal health care services not prohibited by legal acts, as well as other paid services not classified as health care services but necessary to ensure their provision, and operates as a residency base and carries out the activities of educational institutions preparing health care specialists.
