The organization is responsible for administering programs and projects financed by the European Union, various international institutions, the state and other sources of funding in Lithuania and abroad. It also provides consultations related to public investments, performs the functions of a competence center and disseminates its experience through training sessions organized for representatives of Lithuanian and foreign institutions.
