The company carries out mandatory requirements related to common-use facilities and, as provided by law, the management, use, maintenance and upkeep of the land plot assigned to an apartment building. The company administers apartment buildings where an apartment building owners' association has not been established and provides the following services: carries out periodic inspections of common-use facilities, conducts continuous monitoring, organizes and performs technical maintenance—ensuring the mechanical durability of the building's main structures (walls, roof, foundations, stairs, balconies) and the safe use of engineering equipment in common areas (electrical, heating, hot and cold water, sewage); organizes cleaning of common areas and the provision of deratization and dezinsection services; ensures household waste collection and the collection of fees for provided communal services.
