Organization – a municipal budgetary institution which consists of structural units, positions not included in structural units, and branches – elderships (structural territorial units). It carries out tasks and adopted decisions formulated by the municipality’s political body – the municipal council – and implements development and public administration programs for the municipality’s territory that it has prepared.
