The organization is a public healthcare institution of Raseiniai District Municipality that provides diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation and nursing services. Services are provided in the consultation polyclinic and in the anesthesiology, resuscitation–intensive care, day surgery, orthopedics–traumatology, pediatrics, internal medicine, supportive treatment and nursing, radiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, dental prosthetics and emergency departments, as well as in the nurse‑diabetologist's office. It also operates an early rehabilitation service for children's developmental disorders.
