Organization — a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural units, positions not included in structural units, and its branches — elderships (their structural territorial subdivisions). It carries out the tasks formulated and the decisions adopted by the municipality’s political body — the municipal council — and implements the municipality territory development and public administration programs prepared by it.
