The company provides drinking water supply and wastewater management services, conducts television sewer inspection and cleaning, performs laboratory monitoring of supplied drinking water and treated wastewater, monitors subscriber billing, and develops water management facilities. In Utena District it operates 31 water intakes, 67 boreholes, 362.0 km of water supply networks, as well as 11 wastewater treatment plants, 81 wastewater pumping stations and 250.7 km of wastewater networks.
