Organization – a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural subdivisions, positions not included in the structural subdivisions, and branches – elderships (structural territorial subdivisions). The organization carries out the tasks formulated and decisions adopted by the municipality's political structure – the municipal council – and implements the development and public administration programs for the municipality's territory that it has prepared.
