In cooperation with state-authorized institutions, the organization develops the state's internal and external security and the stability of the financial system, and seeks to ensure such technological protection of documents important to the state that the possibilities of forging them are minimal, that they are difficult to imitate, and that secure documents and secure document blanks do not unlawfully fall into the hands of third parties.
