The organization monitors compliance with the Labor Code and other labor law norms and with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on occupational safety and health, carries out prevention of violations thereof, inspects how enterprises observe the provisions of collective agreements, provides employers with requirements, instructions, findings and recommendations, and also controls compliance with occupational safety and health requirements applicable to self-employed persons carrying out independent activities at construction sites.
