Organization – a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural units, positions that are not part of structural units, and branches – elderships (municipal structural territorial subdivisions). The organization carries out the tasks formulated and decisions adopted by the municipality's political structure – the municipal council – and implements programs it has prepared for the development of the municipality's territory and for public administration.
