A budgetary institution of Molėtų District Municipality, which consists of structural subdivisions, positions not included in structural subdivisions, and the institution's branches — elderships (the municipality's structural territorial subdivisions). The institution carries out the tasks and adopted decisions formulated by the municipality's political body — the municipal council — and implements municipal territorial development and public administration programs prepared by it.
