The municipal administration is a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural units, positions not included in structural units, and administration branches — elderships (structural territorial units of the municipal administration). The municipal administration carries out the tasks formulated and decisions adopted by the municipal political body — the Municipal Council — and implements development and public administration programs for the municipality's territory that it has prepared.
