It monitors how equal opportunities are implemented by state and municipal institutions and bodies, educational institutions, other education providers and research and study institutions, employers, organizations and associations, goods sellers, manufacturers and service providers. Additionally, under the Law on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men, it monitors how equal opportunities for women and men are implemented in social protection systems.
