Organization – a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural units, positions not included in structural units, and municipal administration branches – elderships (structural territorial subdivisions of the municipal administration). It carries out the tasks formulated and decisions adopted by the municipality’s political body – the municipal council – and implements prepared programs for the development of the municipality’s territory and public administration.
