Organization – a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural divisions, positions not included in structural divisions, and its branches – elderships (structural territorial units). It carries out the tasks formulated and the decisions adopted by the municipality’s political body – the municipal council – and implements the municipal territory development and public administration programs it has prepared.
