The organization is a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural units, positions not included in structural units, and branches of the municipal administration – elderships (territorial structural units of the municipal administration). It carries out the tasks formulated and the decisions adopted by the municipality’s political body – the municipal council – and implements the municipality’s territorial development and public administration programs that it has prepared.
