The organization implements the country's employment promotion policy. A Tripartite Council operates at the organization on a voluntary basis; its purpose is to make proposals on the setting of the organization's priority areas of activity, the advisability of preparing employment promotion programs, the implementation of employment promotion measures, the provision of labor market services and the improvement of operational efficiency.
