The municipal administration is a municipal budgetary institution composed of structural units, positions not included in structural units, and branches of the municipal administration — elderships (structural territorial subdivisions of the municipal administration). The municipal administration carries out the tasks formulated and decisions adopted by the municipality's political body — the municipal council — and implements programmes for the development of the municipality's territory and public administration prepared by it.
