The company is a heat supplier operating the gas-fired boiler house in Vėžaičiai and supplying heat to the residents and institutions of the town of Vėžaičiai. Since 2017 the company has operated the boiler houses of 14 cultural and educational institutions in Klaipėda District Municipality. Since 2020 the company has been designated the surface wastewater operator in Klaipėda District Municipality. Since 2021 the company has begun additional environmental maintenance activities. In 2023 the company implemented an international environmental management system and received ISO 14001 certification.
